The legal foundation of our hospitality is based on mutual trust and respect. Here you can find the essential booking conditions and rules for your stay.

1. General Bookings

By proceeding with a direct booking payment for Villa Laranjeiras, you agree to the conditions outlined in your Rental Contract and these general terms. We aim to provide a seamless, premium experience and treat our guests with trust and respect.

2. Maximum Occupancy

Villa Laranjeiras is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (including the use of our extra bed). We rent the entire property exclusively to you. The overnight occupancy must never exceed this maximum limit.

3. Liability & Safety

The Guest acknowledges that the property includes natural outdoor terrain, terraces, and a swimming pool. Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and the safety of any children in their party at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. The Owner shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to the Guest's property during the stay.

4. Damages

We understand that minor accidents happen. However, in the event of malicious damage or gross negligence that exceeds the value of the security deposit, the guest remains fully liable for the remaining costs of repair or replacement.

5. Internet Usage

We provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests agree not to use this connection for illegal activities, including the unauthorized downloading or sharing of copyrighted material. The guest is liable for any claims arising from such activities.

6. Force Majeure

The owner cannot be held liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or regional utility outages (e.g., unexpected power or water cuts in the village). We will, however, do our utmost to assist you should such an event occur.
